• We would dock the leave bank for a half day; not the employee's pay--you can't do that. If the exempt was absent for a half day and had no PTO left then we would pay for a full day.
• Thanks for the information.
• I'm having a problem this a.m. Can't open the WC/FMLA/ADA section. Also, everything seems to be moving very slowly when I change sections. Maybe it's my system but yesterday and today have not been good days on the Forum.
• LAST EDITED ON 07-24-04 AT 06:08PM (CST)[br][br]I'll second that. Whenever I think of one I always think of the others so combining them would be a good idea. (Edit: This is supposed to be in reply to Don D's…
• Thank you James. I couldn't log in and was getting very frustrated. I called customer service and they took care of my problem right away so now I'm back.
• It wasn't a pretty sight but I begged my boss to let me subscribe to one of the services so I could stay on the Forum. He said, "OK"! Guess I'll be hanging around for awhile yet... Whew!
• Ohmygosh! Is tomorrow really the end? It came upon me so quickly. I too will miss this Forum and all the wonderful knowledge I have gained from it. I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to everyone for all of your quick responses. I will miss …
• LAST EDITED ON 06-25-04 AT 12:52PM (CST)[br][br]Have you considered a subscription fee for the Forum only? That I would be interested in; otherwise, I won't be visiting the Forum anymore and for that I'm sorry.…
• Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
• It's happening to me at home too and I haven't changed anything on my computer. Must be something you folks are doing.
• The Forum looks much better this morning. Glad you got everything worked out. Thanks for your explanation. x:-)
• Now I have to scroll to the right to see the entire screen. When I do that the left banner disappears. Please fix. Thanks.
• The format has changed and right now I'm typing through something on the left side of my screen that won't go away. The words look OK and are still the same size they were before. Maybe I'm adverse to change but I prefer the prior format. I just …
• I've not had a problem with the text on this website. Wish the type would get bigger because I am old!
• Pass the munchies...er, tater salad.
• Then make the recipe without eggs just using all the other ingredients. The eggs add a great flavor to potato salad though. Now I'm really hungry for potato salad...
• I always buy green bananas and let them sit on the counter until I see the slightest tint of yellow. Then I put them in the fridge. They keep longer that way. The peel may get brown but the fruit itself will not be overripe. For lunch I just had…
• Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your family, and all the others in the area. We're glad you're safe and we will do whatever we can to help out.
• You guys... x}> Thanks for the laugh on this hot Friday afternoon.

• Do a Google search for "Bisquick Quiche" and you'll find many quick and easy recipes for quiche. Using Bisquick for the crust is super easy. All you do is mix all the ingredients together and bake. The Bisquick forms it own crust during the bakin…
• I made this recipe over the weekend and it was fantastic! I used the mini muffin pans (the recipe makes a lot of mini muffins). Highly recommend this for a quick dessert--and it's so easy. This weekend I'm going to make it in a cake pan and use c…
• This sounds great, I'll have to try it. Thanks.
• Cheryl: I would think you could use this on any type of meat. I'm not a red meat eater so I'll try it on turkey and pork. Sounds very yummy!
• Don't know which is correct or why Don, but here on the North Coast we pronounce them "brahts", short for bratwurst if that's what you're referring to. Are you tailgating this weekend?
• I hope you enjoyed it, Don.
• FYI--Millersburg, Ohio is definitely Amish country. Right in the heart of it as a matter of fact.
• Yams are the darker colored potatoes where sweet potatoes are lighter in color and taste like "sweet" white potatoes. There is a difference in taste and consistency (yams tend to be more stringy whereas sweet potatoes have a consistency like white …
• I tried this too and it was very good. One thing I would recommend though is to cover the baking pan before putting it in the oven. My stuffing dried out quite a bit and I only had it uncovered for 20 minutes, then I put a cover on it for the rema…
• Eeeeeeuuuuuuwwwww! Gross! Is this one of your favorite dishes Don? x;-)
• No reduction with the Splenda. Whatever the amount of sugar the recipe calls for is the same amount of Splenda you use. It tastes just like sugar too. No aftertaste like the other sugar substitutes have.
