Thank you for not suggesting Human Resources Quack. x:D
I consider the Forum to be my version of a smoke break.
When we were on vacation, we stayed with my parents. We were up drinking way past midnight every night and woke up when my children woke up. Then we went places every day, boat rides on the lake, long walks searching for bunnies and deer and other various wildlife, visiting local attractions like train museums, etc.
I missed you guys, but not enough to ignore my parents, brothers and grandma. Grandma turned 100 this summer, by the way. She was on Willard Scott and everything.

Oops! Sorry, Q. I just realized this was on Q's Thread. Please forgive me for straying off topic.

Hey Q, what did you send a picture of? I clicked and it said the photos are "private"... Now I really want to see them!!! Just thought you should know.
It's a picture of my parents house so you guys could see what I was doing instead of hanging out at a computer posting with you people while I was on vacation.
Paul made it sound like posting photos is oh-so-easy. Maybe I need a wifi to do that.
Opening the flckr account was easy enough though. Eventually I'll get someone to take a decent picture of me and my boys.

I tried out Flickr and was unable to make it work. So, you may need to create an account with either www.ringo.com or www.photobucket.com
I have personally tried both those sites and was able to link photos here.
It worked! See below. We spent most of our time on the pontoon boat, walking around the neighborhood, and checking out the deer. You can see the deer grazing on the patch of grass. There was also another mama deer who would walk around with her two fawns. My boys were thrilled that they got to see Bambi, Faline, and the babies.
We also saw raccoons, wild turkeys, muskrats, cranes, bunnies and a gazillion bazillion mosquitoes.
This is why I did not post that week. You just don't see this much water, green plants, and wildlife in my part of AZ so we took full advantage. x:-)
I heard on the radio that a can of Diet Coke has 41 mg of caffeine. Compare that to over 200 mg in a tall Coffee from Starbucks.
That may explain why I'm whacked out in the mornings, then kinda crabby in the afternoons. I'm suffering from withdrawal when I switch from coffee to DC.
J, I haven't heard of it, but I'm not very worldly, wine-wise. I just buy whatever has a pretty label and is is not expensive. I like dry more than sweet. I also never bother to make sure my wine matches whatever we are having for dinner. x:-) I'll keep an eye out for the Mirassou.
Hey ray, do you like reds? Mt. Dew has a red version now. It would look pretty in a stem glass.
I think wine is very interesting. I like looking at the bottles and all the interesting labels. I like the names. I like everything about wine except the taste. I have even heard wine can be good for you in moderate amounts.
So whats a good beginner's wine for a non-wine person?

And if you don't like those soda pop wines, but like fruity flavors, try the Arbor Mists. There are several different flavors, such as Peach Chardonnay and Blackberry Merlot. They are a little pricier, around here Boonesfarms is under $3 per bottle while the Arbor Mists run around $6.

Sorry for the hassle.
However, since you responded so quickly and refrained from calling me an idiot, I'll see if I can find a minute to try the other sites.
Beautiful cat. Daughter is cute too, if she is indeed yours, unlike the other cute little blonde in the picture you previously posted. x:D

Thank you for your tech help, Paul!

Yes, that is my youngest daughter Anna with our cat Harrison.
I've just been busy. You guys seem to be entertaining each other just fine.
