I have a recipe for healthy barbeque chicken. The "sauce" is actually broth mixed with brown sugar cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes. I'll see if I can find the recipe for you. Getting to the point, I'd try the cayenne pepper.

It is easy. I usually serve it with frozen egg rolls (to keep it easy). We went to a Japanese Steak House this weekend. I always get the fried rice instead of steamed. They also add corn, carrots and pieces of green bean.
