I was going to come in and post the same thing this morning. I have been thinking about all of our posters down south and pray that they (and their families) are safe and sound. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Why wouldn't you be able to dock his pay, he won't be performing the same job will he?
-
We are a Bank as well. Do you have an external auditor that you use, that is who got us up and running with ours and I just use the same form just update #'s each year.
-
We pay the IRS rate, we do not pay for their gas or anything else in addition to that rate.
-
Am I to understand you that the EE died?
-
I also would send out the letter, again, just to validate that you did end the process with him.
-
I think if you haven't been already, you need to be addressing and documenting the performance issues, it doesn't sound like age really needs to play a part in this if the EE is really not performing as paid to.

What was the "payroll breach"?

Good Morning, I don't see how you would be able to keep a monthly company newsletter to one page. We are in our 3rd month of production for our companys newsletter. Everyone loves it. But, ours is running about 4 pages. We do the same as some hav…
