Job satisfaction

Could anyone please send me some examples of what they use for ee job satisfaction. This is something that we would like to give to our ee's once a year to see how they are feeling about the company and their job. As always, your assistance is greatly appreicated in this matter.

  • Looks great! We are looking at a an ee survey also. Did you define measureables for each section?
  • Would also like to do something like this - did you have them indicate which department or area they work in? Reason being is if you wanted to act upon the information it might be hard to narrow it down. We did something like this last year and the first thing our supervisors wanted to know where whether the comments were coming from their area.
  • I am not sure how much you are budgeting for this but...

I am in the hospitality industry so customer service and employee satisfaction is extremely important to us.

We currently have a third party adminstrator conduct our guest comment card survey as well as our annual Employee Opinion Survey. If you have time look into it-it has worked great for us, it is strictly confidential, it is broken down by hourly employees, exemp, and executives as well as by department. For the past two years we've made changes to our surveys, employees complained about the survey was too long, which did not encourage employees to be completely thruthful in their responses, they were in a hurry to get done. We are now using a short test which entails about 25 questions. The company name is UniFocus, you can try doing a search for their website.
