AAP Compliance Reviews

Does anyone know how the US Depart of Labor chooses companies for compliance review? We have a letter that the OFCCP will conduct a compliance review and they're requesting a copy of the AAP in their itemized list for the desk audit. The company in question has 1 small subcontract that only supports 1 full time employee and therefore, no affirmative action plan.

I was just curious if anyone with such a small company had been through such a review.

Providing I-9 info and payroll documentation for the 2 co-owners and their one and only employee isn't a problem but there is no AAP.
