Hey LarryC, my mother-in-law came to visit yesterday (she's from TX) and showed me her "spur scar". She has a 6" railroad track-looking scar along her lower spine.
She was thrilled to demonstrate for me that she can walk without assistance! During her last visit, she had to resort to rolling around my house on my office chair because it hurt so much to stand or walk for more than just a few minutes. Her surgery was in February and she still has some pain, but nothing compared to before the surgery.
3 on my right shoulder from my surgery last september. 1 on my chest from a collapsed lung. 1 on my cheek from a removed cyst. 1 half moon scar on my right upper arm from a point blank paintball shot.
Nope, just one on my wrist from when my mother threw me in the fireplace when I was about one because I didn't want to get ready for bed. She'll tell a different version of the story.
Thankfully, never a surgery, just the occassional few stitches here and there. We raised horses and beef cattle for 15+ years... do barbed wired scars count? I have a plethora of them.

Other than numerous cat/dog scratches and chicken pock scars, I have; - a 2" scar on my scalp: my brother hit me over the head with a shovel when I was 5 - three 1/2" laproscopy scars from gall bladder removal - 1" scar from busting my chin open (doesn't everyone have one of those?)
I think that's it.
Herding animals might be more fun than the painfully "dead" Orientation group I had today. I dragged in an extra person from the office who has a gift for making people laugh, otherwise I was gonna have to slit my wrists. Then I'd have more scars.
ooh, ohh, I have some! Burn mark on top of right foot where my mom spilled hot coffee on me(she has different version also) surgery scar on left foot nasty scar on right knee from painful bike accident @ 7. Another burn mark on right hand from dad's cigar (that was my fault) and, of course, the ever popular c-section scar. Hey, that's 5! Not bad.
