I'm delighted to learn that being an A-Hole has been determined to be popular! I never thought of myself as popular, although I readily admit to the other.
I'm with you, Whatever! This self-glorifying "Group" has directed all of the attention towards itself (however many of them there are) and thereby deflected it from where it rightfully belongs -- on the Kansas City Chiefs. It's sacrilege!
polly, you noticed that too, huh? That seems to be the method to their madness, turning the subject over to their popularity contests. How does that happen so quickly?!
In every organization/community there is a group that huddles together and compares notes of their parties the night before and their great adventures. Then there's always that distant voice of the "cheerleader" type that hovers just close enough to appear to some as part of the clique, never quite in but on the edge.
LAST EDITED ON 10-29-03 AT 11:28AM (CST)[p]With Trent Green and the KC defense out, I'm left with Dallas QB Quincy Carter x:o (my boyfriend's choice, not mine!) and the Oakland defense - all banged up with nowhere to go except up against Detroit.
And James, Corey Dillon has always been one of my running backs and I don't have the luxury of a Priest Holmes. I got stuck playing him last week with Garner on a bye, and now stuck with him this week with Travis Henry on a bye. Hopefully Sunday he will play and at least add a couple points! We're 4-4.

Hey how about those Seattle Seahawks! I think their uniforms are super neat & I really like the way they all stand around and hug before they touch the ball.
Mwild, you know you're perpetuating a stereotype, don't you? I'm going to run for cover before Don and Ray pounce on you for your "blonde" comment. x;-)
The NY Giants don't hug, so I have no idea what Mwild is talking about.
BTW, Mwild. The middle linebacker for the Seahawks, Isaiah Kazinski (something like that) grew up and went to school in my locale. His dad lives about 7 miles from me.

At the risk of being repetitive -- Go Chiefs!!
By the way, MY fantasy football team has only 2 Chiefs in the lineup, and neither is named Priest or Trent. We're still 8-0, though.
