I thought this thread was already a step-child.

Um.... my dulcimer is a work of art.... can't say the same for my playing.

Nah, you're all wrong. He's be so dazzled with our talent he would bow to us. He would sign us immediately to a multi-million dollar recording deal. I think it's time to wake up from my nap.

I just ate lunch - picturing Paul in sequins and feathers almost made me lose it.
-
No, I think he said he's like a rash that keeps coming back. Itchy and irritating.
-
What's more persistent than a rash, this thread or you coming back?
-
Is that why you keep coming back, Paul?
-
Yes, it was -3 this morning with a wind chill of -23. I'm definitely ready for spring. Or a visit to Phoenix, AZ.
-
So I've been told.
-
Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light...
-
OK, I just viewed it again and posted.

Dutch!? Did you just call HRQ fat?

I had my Malibu for 6 years and would still have it, but I needed a larger vehicle in the early 90s for my growing family and the wife told me i order to get a minivan, I had to trade my car for it. I did so reluctantly. Those Malibu's were light …

I had a 75 Mustang with a 125 hp 302 V8. Wheezer. But, I bet my 79 Malibu with the built up 350 would have given your cars a good run.

I heard Shelby's Cobra went for 5 mil. Just a little beyond my 401k. The older hemi's are so popular anything that has one, even if not original to the car, is going for big bucks. A well restored clone will go for $100k easily. If it's numbers…

I thought I read that production stopped this past summer. May be wrong though. The original bug has remained a big seller in third world countries and has even been popular in CA, after being federalized. My dad bought a new VW in 1955 in Englan…

Actually, I remembered to push the clutch in immediately. I popped the clutch, spun it around and took off before traffic got close. Best part about the old VW's is you could drag race people from stop lights and they never knew you were racing th…

I spun mine once entering the highway from a cloverleaf. It was rainy and the road was slick. I did a 180 and stopped facing oncoming traffic.
-
Nae, the first car that I bought myself was a baby blue 67 VW. I wish I still had that car.
-
Well, I don't ever remember ever naming my cars. What name would you give a Buick? But, I have named my trombones. My bass with the big yellow brass bell and the double triggers is called, The General. And when I play a low trigger C or B below …

Hey Whirlygirl.... it's sunny and beautiful here in NY. Come on up! Actually, it snowed a little this morning but it melted when the sun came out. It's about 29 right now... that's what my car told me at lunch.
-
HRQ, do you often have conversations with your car? Do you ever argue or is your car quite agreeable?
-
I like hotwings with bleu cheese, and tried a bleu cheese burger once. I almost gagged. Never again.
-
Wonder how bleu cheese pudding would taste spread on meatloaf?
-
Ranch dressing??? Well here in NY, not that far from where Buffalo Hot Wings were invented, we dip our wings in bleu cheese. Vanilla pudding adds an interesting twist.
-
Ahhhh..... just finished a nice noontime repast of hot wings and vanilla pudding.
-
It is almost lunch time and I think I just lost my appetite.
-
Nae, I'm offended. My wife's meatloaf is very good!x:P
-
Funny you mention that, my wife is baking meatloaf right now. It's almost ready. Hey, I wonder if meatloaf flavored pudding would sell?

Bump..... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
