  • When you reply to someone else who has replied to the original poster, the state of that poster shows up next to your name temporarily. If you go back, you'll see your real state designation shows.

  • Sometimes for me all the sections are blank indicating no new posts. It depends on how often you access the forum, I think. MWild, maybe you're not spending enough time on the forum if you're always getting a new post indication.
