Does anyone know if Leah got an answer to her question?
-
I see. Thanks for the response.

Sounds pretty. The closest I've been to a beach is in South Carolina on the Isle of Palms. Beautiful there too.
-
I see. Thanks.

I have been to a few strange places over the years but can't say I've ever heard of Cannon Beach. Where is it?

When you click on quick reply, there is a check box that allows you to quote the message you're replying to in your message. See if it is checked?

Spring is here too and I'm embarrassed to admit that I still have my left over Christmas tree on my patio. I'm waiting for a warm evening so, after dark, I can sneak it down to the curb at the edge of the condo complex.

They're from another planet where all the peeps have no legs and can't keep from making funny faces.

Other forum? Clue me in please.

Fun Banker, Did you click on "Quote" at the bottom of the message you're replying to? If so, that's why that message is included in your message. Sharon
-
So you normally use quick reply? That explains it. I generally use reply and it shows both rows. Whew!
-
Joannie, Do you have a window below the message window you type into that is for additional options? If you do, it has a button for managing attachments. Sharon

Can anyone else see a second row on the tool bar above the message window? Shaorn

Ok, here's the scoop from IT. Hold down the control key while hitting the + or - key to increase or decrease the web page overall. Sharon

It's on the row above that one.

I haven't been able to find any way to change the font size other than for individual messages. Nothing on the User CP (User COntrol Panel) that let's you set a default font size. I'll talk to IT and see if they have any suggestions and let you kn…

Just above the window where you type in a message is a tool bar with a paper clip. Click on that and follow the instructions. Hope this helps. Sharon

Thank you and I hope you find the site very useful!

We can change the type size when typing a message. It's easy, but relies on everyone who types a message to do so. Let's do a little test to find out what would be an acceptable size for everyone's viewing comfort. Let me know what is the smalles…

Well, I tried to attach the form. But it exceeded the limit for the file type. I'm sorry. You'll need to go to the site (www.hrlaws.com) and sign up for the free trial period to get the form. Sharon PS: Yep, th…

We have a release form available on HRLaws that might work for you. I've attached it in case you want to take a peek. Sharon

I strongly recommend that, before embarking on any affirmative action plan, an employer consult with a competent employment law attorney. Some companies that are required by law to establish written AAPs include those that fit into at least one o…

Great song, but now it's stuck in my head for all eternity!

About a year after I came into HR the DOL sent us a letter to let us know they were planning a visit and needed us to put together some very specific information. Working with our attorney I got everything together and held my breath until DOL day.…

I think Ms. Tantrum should have been shown the door long before that third manager arrived. There's a difference between bad behavior and someone with an underlying mental disorder and it sounds to me like Ms. Tantrum had performance issues early o…

Employee B sounds a lot like an EE I had once. Let's call mine EE-Q. When I first took over as manager of a mail services dept., everyone in the department came to me, one by one, in secret, to tell me about their travails with EE-Q. Particularly…

Sounds a bit like Atlanta. I got lost there once and it took over an hour but I finally found my back to where I started.

Have you been on Old Hickory Blvd? Around here it's an inside joke for Nashvillians. I guess I should explain. Old Hickory Blvd. pretty much surrounds Nashville but there are gaps in it.

I don't think anyone has seen unemployment numbers that high in 70-80 years. It makes me wonder if we'll start seeing population shifts due to people moving to where jobs are. And, boom cities. I bet those will develop in some areas too. The whole…
