Celeste Blackburn SPHR
Celeste Blackburn is the Managing Editor of Diversity Insight, Technology for HR, HR Insight, and 50 Employment Laws in 50 States. She has written about human resources for a variety of publications, including Basic Training for Supervisors and Frontline Supervision, as well as writing and editing a series of White Papers covering employment trends and developments. Before coming to BLR, she was the Business Editor for The Daily Herald in Columbia, Tennessee. Celeste earned her bachelor’s degree from David Lipscomb University and a master’s from Middle Tennessee State University, where she also taught writing.
