Nae, did they have the Metro Link running when you lived in SB? Now it's really easy to get downtown! Two things are a nightmare here - traffic and HR. At least the sunny skies and 80 degree weather make it more bearable!

HR tracks it here - I also prefer to keep a handle on it instead of letting managers do it. We also keep track of their benefit premiums to make sure they're paying while out. Like Sonny, we do not have the employee sign off on the hours tracked.

Hey cnghr, I'm just outside of Los Angeles and I got gas at $2.48/gallon. Crazy I could fill my Tahoe for $42.00 when I couldn't even fill the tank before the pump would stop at $100. Have a great trip, it's nice and sunny here in So Cal!
