I agree with regdunlop. Just make sure you define the criteria to receive the award. Are people nominated by peers or does it come from supervisors, will the nominations be revenued by someone. Make sure that there is no room for favoritism.

My company offers flu shots, 100% paid by the company done on site by our local Visiting Nurses Association (VNA). If they can't make the flu clinic held at the office, we supply them with a voucher to obtain it at another VNA clinic held elsewhere.

We have watercoolers and we have community fridges. We also allow individuals to have mini fridges (dorm fridge) in there areas.

We do not offer pet insurance to our ee's but on occasion ee's have brought in there pets. We even had one guy that had a pet hamster here...all the time.
