  • Thank you so much, one more thing if I learn of the event and the employee does not choose to come to me to fill out paper I should then approach them about the event qualifying as FMLA and have the paper work filed correct?
  • my only thought with termination is you do not have any grounds to terminiate and this may be considered discrimination.
  • We send out an I-9 form out along with their offer letter and ask that they bring it along with the necessary documents on thier first day of employment if they accept our offer. This is how it was done before I started.
