  • I am responding a tad late, however, if this employee received medical attention to his/her shoulder (cortisone shots), then this also needs to be recorded even if there were no days missed.

  • Thank you for your response. Today the decision was made, after conferring with legal, to proceed and not do anything in addition to what has already been done. I will let you know how this turns out.
