We are paying .36 per mile. We are using the IRS rate less the 1/2 percent just to have a nice round number. We adjust this each year when IRS updates this rate.

I agree. A dedicated employee is usually a dedicated mother or father also. Don't take a chance on losing a good employee because they have a sick child. We also have a PTO system that combines sick, vacation, and personal days into one package. …
