Drug Policy for State of Iowa

Does anyone have a sample drug policy for the State of Iowa that I can review? I need to create a policy to cover all the rules and I don't want to reinvent the wheel, if at all possible.

Kids: just say no.
"Drug policy" covers a lot of ground, actually. Do you want the ill-effects of legal drugs covered? What about drug testing? Do you want, need, or require a random testing program? Do you want to address how to handle people who voluntarily take leave for treatment?
I, too, am in Iowa, and our drug testing laws can be fairly strict. Your policy will vary depending on if you are going to conduct testing or if you're just making a statement of your commitment to maintain a drug-free workplace, so here's a link to the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy. There are some good links on there you can use to formulate your policy.
