Good People Skills

I'm looking a good company that teaches good people skills. A company that comes in and teaches employees how to work together better to create an environment of cooperation and teamwork to achieve company goals. Any suggestions?

I don't know any companies off hand, but if you do a search on the web, mny companies come p. There are people that will come to you company to train your employee, and there are also training programs thatyour HR people can run thselves.

Hi,

I have done work with a training company called Achieve Global. http://www.achieveglobal.com ;

I
have run their Leadership as well as Customer Service training suites
and they have been great, (they all speak to good people skills - just
in different ways). I became certified in their material, and
that worked best for our org because I could adapt the programs a bit
to meet our needs and language. I think they will also provde you
trainers if that is your need. They certainly are not the
cheapest, but I found them to be the best!

I would agree with 4653583. We have used National Seminars/Rockhurst University many times and gotten tremendous results!
