Ihave run their Leadership as well as Customer Service training suitesand they have been great, (they all speak to good people skills - justin different ways). I became certified in their material, andthat worked best for our org because I could adapt the programs a bitto meet our needs and language. I think they will also provde youtrainers if that is your need. They certainly are not thecheapest, but I found them to be the best!
