I am getting a lot of responses back from a job posting by people who are clearly not qualified for the job. It has been awhile since I have had to tell people this. What is your favorite response to candidates who are not qualified?

"Thank you for your interest in the position. However, we have certain minimum requirements in order for an applicant to be qualified for this position, and while you have some good qualifications, you do not have those that are required."
