employment Law - Ohio

Does anyone know of a reference book or website that is related strictly to Ohio law. I need to make sure I implement practices/policies according to Ohio law - not just federal law.

I saw that SHRM has a book "2011 State and Federal HR Legal Guides." I really prefer reference information - just on Ohio; however, has anyone purchased this book and is it any good?

I don't know ov a bookk or have one, but usually the state's website will have all the laws, regs, etc, pretty clearly, you may just have to hunt around and find it. Also, you could fin a book at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce site, I'm sure.

I have one. "Employment in Ohio - A Guide to Employment Laws, Regulations, and Practices". I get it through LexisNexis: [url]www.lexis.com[/url] Once a year they send updates. It's a good reference book.
