We've just posted the newest White Paper, "From Swine Flu to Bad Attitudes: How to Fight Employee Presenteeism." This one discusses the different aspects of presenteeism -- employees who can't/don't give their best but still show up to work anyway.
Of course, I couldn't write the white paper on this topic and not include a discussion of swine flu. Are you finding that employees are coming in even when they have symptoms and could be sick (and therefore potentially exposing their coworkers to the virus) or do they seem to be using the threat of swine flu (and the panic that seems to be developing around the topic) as a reason to call out sick? Do you find employees talking about swine flu? What are they saying?
