Low Carb (but delicious) Voodoo Pizza

Low carb, but very good and very filling. Here it is:

1 lb. "hot" pork sausage
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 jar salsa (24 oz. medium or hot, depending how tough you are)
1 medium size onion
2 lb. Mexican (4 cheese) Cheese


Fry up sausage and beef (together or separate, doesn't matter)and cook onion in with it(if you choose to). Soften cream cheese, and mix thoroughly in 9" X 13" X 2" (deep) glass bowl (one that you can bake in). Next: if you haven't already added the onion, chop it and add on top of meat/cream cheese mixture. Pour salsa on next. Add Mexican cheese on top. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool for about 10 minutes. Cut and serve.

It is low carb, delicious, and it won't take much to fill you up.
