After five months of Saturday morning classes and tons of evening and weekend studying, I did it!
I passed my SPHR exam today!
Woooooooohooooooooooooo!
Getting on a plane first thing tomorrow to visit my family for a week. Will miss you guys, but will also be busy hanging out at the lake, drinking wine, making s'mores, and of course playing with my kids.
Be back Monday 6/30. Will see if I can get in some Forum time before then, but don't count on it... x:D

Finally taking a minute to breathe after trying to catch up all week.
Paul, I haven't taken the PHR. I wonder how different it really is from the SPHR. I'll sell you my study materials cheap if you want them. Already hilighted and underlined and everything...
I just read an article about certifications and how valuable they are. Evidently not very, unless you put it on your resume for a job search. That's OK, I am just glad I passed!
Where did you do your Saturday classes in Phoenix? Did you find them beneficial? We are doing some reorganization and restructuring and we have an employee that is very interested in doing this. I thought maybe I could help get some information to her.
