1) Do you overtake the person who is in second place, or is this the second person you've overtaken? (That could put you in a number of places) Following the logic of question #2, if you're lapping the person in second place, you may be in first.
2) Are you the first person to overtake the last person, or could you be the second, third, fourth to overtake him/her? You could be in any position in the race except last.
3) I think this has only one answer: 4100
4) Also only one answer: Mary, unless her father has six, seven, or more daughters (I have two sons. It is also a true statement that I have one son) then the name could be anything.
5) Ask, I think. Unless he has other disabilities which aren't mentioned. : )
