I've been asked to formalize our compensation practices. In doing so, I've discovered that we lack even the most rudimentary outlines of a compensation program.
Would anyone be willing to share their written compensation policy/philosophy. I'd be particularly interested in seeing these documents from healthcare organizations and/or other types of non-profit organizations.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
