Tuition Reimbursement

We currently have a policy that addresses tuition reimbursement for traditional college courses taken by employees. It does not have language that includes non-traditional courses such as 'on-line' classes, 'testing' credits, or credits by 'portfolio.'

Does anyone have a modern tuition reimbursement that addresses these types of courses?
