Tuition Reimbursement

We currently have a policy that addresses tuition reimbursement for traditional college courses taken by employees. It does not have language that includes non-traditional courses such as 'on-line' classes, 'testing' credits, or credits by 'portfolio.'

Does anyone have a modern tuition reimbursement that addresses these types of courses?

It would save me a great deal of work and I would be so greatful if you would share your policy with me. I thank you, my boss thanks you, our employees thank you; and I wish to thank the . . . .

Exercise extreme caution with reimbursing for all these on line diploma mills and from campuses that do not exist. A friend of mine got herself and her labrador retriever certified ordained minister sheepskins online recently.
