Veteran Status Disclosure

Our healthcare organization is an Affirmative Action Employer and as such, we ask applicants to disclose on a confidential form their veteran status. However, our form is now six years old and the only choices for the applicant are "Veteran of the Vietnam Era" or "Special Disabled Vet."
Does anyone know if the categories for veteran status have expanded, and where I can find updated categories? Thanks.

I went to the DOL website and finally ended up at //vets100.cudenver.edu that gave me access to the "Federal Contractor Veteran's Employment Report VETS-100" form. Besides the two you mentioned, there was one called "Other Veterans".
