OT for working at two different locations

It seems I recall that if you have a full time ee who works his 40 at one company you own and then works additional hours at another company you own he is entitled to OT for these additional hours even though the work was done for two different companies with different EIN since the the companies are owned by the same individual. Thats my memory but I can't seem to locate where I saw this. Can anyone help me out.
