Drive Time

I have read the MN regulations on drive time and it states all time spent traveling by an employee as part of his or her principal activity must be considered hours worked. My question is do we need to pay the drive time as overtime hours or can we pay drive time at reg. and acual hours on the job as OT??

If the drive time is considered hours worked, then it will have to be paid as OT when they pass 40 hours for that week.
