Direct Deposit

We are considering instituting mandatory payroll direct deposit. I have reservations about this policy and anticipate resistance from our employees (4,000+). Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this subject? Are there any laws/regs that prohibit this action?

Check with the individual state(s) you operate in ... some states allow for mandatory direct deposit, but many do not.
