does anyone know how to compute the monetary value of a take-home vehicle furnished to an employee to be used on the job but also for personal uses?

i'm trying to compute a "hidden compensation" dollar figure.

Our drivers take the trucks home and I have simply calculated the monthly truck payment, cost of insurance, DMV fees, plus an average cost for annual maintenance (which depends on where you live and what kind of prices are charged in your area). But if you figure oil, tires, etc., we average it out to about $50.00 per month.
