Insurance help needed

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 01-03-03 AT 05:37PM (CST)[/font][p]We, as a company, are no longer going to offer group health insurance, but we are going to raise everyones wages so they can buy individual policies on their own. The group rates increased 40% for the upcoming year. We have at least 2 people who probably will not be able to buy an individual policy because of medical problems (considered pre-existing conditions by any new company, (probably why the rates went up so much). Anyway where can I refer these ees so they can get coverage?
Any ideas are welcome.
