Dual FMLA

Here's a brain teaser!

Employee out on FMLA for pregnancy/bonding. She had planned on being out the entire 12 weeks (of course!). While out on FMLA, hospitalized for illness (unrelated to childbirth).

I am assuming all this will lump together in the 12 weeks allowed.

This is a first for me on this type of thing!
