Does anyone have a paid leave policy? Any thoughts about paid leaves just for exempt employees? Can we have paid leaves for just exempt employees? We have a total of 300 emloyees, 55 are exempt, 3 are salary non-exempt and the rest are hourly.If you have a policy sample and can share it with me please send to [email]johana.fina@aspenfurniture.com[/email].

    We have a personal/sick day policy that may be of help to you. Because we allow our hourly employees and exempt non officers accrue sick time, we then pay our exempt officers for some of their fmla leave because they do not accrue sick time.
