Hiring Procedures Policy?

Not sure that I understand what you're looking for. We just created a hiring process document that will go in our newly created Supervisor's Guide. It's not a policy, per se, but gives guidance on our process flow and includes tips for questions that shouldn't be asked during interviews.

What type of document are you looking for?

Sure, I will forward it to both of you. Just be aware that it's specific to my employer's hiring process which could greatly differ from yours. But perhaps it will at least give you a starting point.
