Training (In House)

I'm the HR representative for a Manufacturing Co. of about 280 employees, we are looking into training courses (sexual harrasment, employee reviews, promotions, awards and recognitions, conflict resolution, Mgmt. improvement,etc. etc.) but due to budget constrains we need to do the training in house, we have about 15 supervisors. Any suggestions or ideas?.
