Recommendation for executive recruiters

We are working on our Succession Plan. Part of the plan is to pre-select executive recruiters who specialize president, director or other very high level positions. Can you recommend anyone you have successfully used in the past for these types of positions?  We make custom colors for the plastics industry and are a global company although the jobs being filled would be in the United States.
