Paperless Communications

We are trying to implement a paperless environment where possible.  Is there anyone that has had a successful experience migrating their business to that platform?  We recently converted to SAP.  SAP has a digital personnel file. We created a mechanism to have new hires do onboarding electronically and we conducted our benefits open enrollment period for a segment of our employee population as a test run during the fall.
