Best Training Tracking Software

We have been evaluating several tracking options for our Training Records. We need to track what our personnel are required to take, and then be able to run a quick report to see compliance for an individual as well as by group and overall. The best one we have found is Training Manager from Kaizen Software Solutions (See more detail here if interested: Training Records Database).

My question is for the forum members here if anyone has a database that works well for you if you can reply with a little about it so we might consider trying it out before a final purchase decision. thanks,
