HR major, what minor?

Hello everyone!  I am currently a student seeking Bachelors in Human Resource Management.  I have chosen performance management as my minor, but I am thinking of changing it.  I would like to know if anyone in the HR field has any suggestions to what minor would be the most beneficial to add to my HR degree.  I have experience as a retail manager, and would like to continue my work with a retail company.  My goal is to become a recruiter, or write employee training programs.  I am however, afraid that my lack of HR experience will not get me a job when I graduate.   Thank You!
