Relocation Policy - Please help!

I've been tasked with creating a relocation policy and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good boilerplate policy we can use. I found a couple of things via Google:

But I'm curious if anyone knows of any other samples or examples I can reference. Thanks!
