FDNY Shares Best Training Practices with Corporations.

In May, leaders from major corporations in NYC area sent their employees to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />FDNY Training Academy to learn from the top FDNY (NYC Fire Dept)instructors. The FDNY shared their best practices in teamwork, leadership, and communication. “I can’t imagine a better way to demonstrate the value of leadership, team work and battle proven procedures than spending a day with the pros whose lives depend on such things” said one of the participants.

Participants had a very unique experience where they had the rare opportunity to experience the FDNY state of the art simulators.
