Employer Contribution Minimum?

Under the PCAPA,what is the minimum contribution amount an employer MUST make?  I've seen everything from 25% to 75%!

The minimum amount an employer must contribute is 50% of the employee only premium. Although they sometimes do, they are not required to contribute anything to the dependent's premium.
