Mileage Reimbursement for Sales Reps

I am curious to see what other companies are doing regarding mileage reimbursement for Sales Reps.  I know some companies reimburse any miles beyond home to office roundtrip commute at the current govt rate ($.50 right now, going to $.51 in 2011).  I know other companies give a monthly allowance (and as long as their is justification of the miles driven, then it is not taxable).  Others may have different plans.  Can you let me know what you are doing, what state you are in, what industry, and how large your company is?

Our company is in Kansas and we reimburse at the gov't rate for any and all miles driven, providing a mileage log is required.
