To go green or not?

I've been presented with a project to develop and implement a green program company-wide for the coming year. Can anybody with experience in this area offer guidance? I am finding major obstacles... particularly with building staff enthusiasm. Simply, what's the easiest way to go green?

Depends on what areas you want to go green in.  Do you want to go green with just about all you do or start with a few areas and see how things go?  If you are having trouble getting enthusiasm then I think starting with a few small things and building up is the way to go.
