The Social Network and Workplace

Caught The Social Network this weekend. As a Baby Boomer, I found the movie and behavior of protagonists troubling. My Gen X son did not have the same reaction. Does this movie depict the "new workplace reality" regarding ethics, etc. or just an anomaly?

Blog on Harvard Biz Review says movie will become a classic on start of an industry--like Singing in the Rain was about the movie industry.
Also says "The Social Network may be the most misleading movie title of all time: if there's one thing this movie is not about, it's social networking." Actually, I found the participants to be asocial, or even antisocial. We do have some similar, if not as extreme, personalities at our company.
