Question for the group: We are in the middle of revising how we compensate our management staff. I would appreciate hearing what method you use for your staff or how the company compensates. Basically, how do you measure success and how is your compensation tied to it?

At-risk schemes, but they vary according to the position. Sales managers and accounts payable managers are not expected to reach the same goals.
