H.S.A and Medicare eligibility

Does anyone know when employees are soon to turn 65 and eligible for Medicare if they are no longer eligible to contribute to their H.S.A account if they elect only Plan A from Medicare?   The employees are still actively working and are on our insurance benefits.    I am not able to get a definitive answer on this.
